Apparently, I'm too short to see over the lectern at Wing, so I've decided to embrace the joke!

On this page, I hope to expand on messages that I am asked to pass along to the Wing, in addition to sharing some of my own thoughts on concepts and ideas that I think are important.

  • Crafting an Effective Working Group What is a Working Group? A working group is a defined set of people, usually coming from multiple teams or disciplines, with a clear problem to overcome.
