Support Ticket How To


1. Navigate your web browser to wawg.on.spiceworks.com/portal


2. Enter a valid email address for the ticket

3. Provide a brief summary of the issue (up to 150 characters)

4. Describe the issue (up to 2000 characters)

5. Select a category (i.e. NEW WAWG Email Request, Software Support Request, etc.)

6. Select your unit's name

7. Enter your name (if you are a parent registering for the Parent Email List, enter the name of your cadet)

8. Enter your CAPID

9. Verify the information you have entered is correct

10. Monitor your email for replies, this can take up to 48 hours
